What your role in our team will be like:

  • Reception and greeting;
  • Answer and direct phone calls;
  • Answering, directing and registering calls for service;
  • Greeting visitors;
  • Manage mail correspondence and office automation needs;
  • Ensure smooth operation of equipment (photocopier, stamp machine, etc.);
  • Act as a point of contact and respond to inquiries received by telephone, e-mail, or in person from internal or external customers.

Administrative duties

  • Prepare, input into the system, revise and proofread correspondence, invoices and other related documents based on work reports from the technical team and recurrents;
  • Prepare, computerize, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, timesheets, reports and other related documents from official reports and/or reference documents, as well as compile data, statistics and other information to support departmental activities;
  • Contribute to the team effort by carrying out mandates related to his/her role.


What we are looking for in our new colleague :

  • DEP or DEC in administration, office automation or other relevant training;
  • 3 years' experience in a similar position; any combination of relevant training and experience will be considered;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn other computer systems;
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills in both French and English;
  • Demonstrate courtesy, autonomy, versatility, calmness and diligence;
  • Be customer service oriented.
