We are looking for a 4B Stationary Mechanic for institutional buildings. The job involves analyzing the water circulating in a boiler or air conditioning system, and performing mechanical maintenance on the equipment.

Most buildings are located in the Capitale-Nationale region.

Work schedule: Evenings, from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

What your role on our team will be like:

• Adjust, monitor and repair the equipment that powers the building;
• Perform preventive maintenance on premises and fixed machinery equipment;
• Detect problems and suggest solutions;
• Analyze and treat boiler water;
• Monitor meters, pressure gauges, controls and repairs as required;
• Maintain performance records and logbook;
• Maintain ventilation and refrigeration air filters.

What we're looking for in our new colleague :

• DEP in fixed machinery mechanics 4B;
• 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar position;
• Very good knowledge of WHMIS requirements;
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, diligence, attention to detail and reliability.
