What your role will look like within our team:

• Support the project manager on a daily basis
• Create daily schedules and routes for technicians on the road.
• Reserve and deliver the tools needed to perform the work.
• Bill for work performed and technician travel and expenses.
• Open work orders and quotes, and track pending parts.
• Analyze and record visit reports in the system.
• Manage service calls.

What we are looking for in our new colleague:

• AEC or DEP in general building maintenance or technical services management in building and public works
• AEC or DEC in transportation operations management or logistics
• Any related degrees or experience will be considered
• Experience in heavy vehicle mechanics (an asset)
• Experience in the construction or preventive building maintenance sector
• Experience in operations management
• Knowledge of Word and Excel software
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated initiative and autonomy
• Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail
• Demonstrate communication skills
