globatech is looking for a Building Maintenance Team Leader for its Av-tech division. He/she will work in the field with a team of 3 technicians to ensure general building maintenance.

The site of operation is located in downtown Quebec City in the institutional commercial sector.

What your role on our team will be like:

• Supervise and coach employees under your responsibility;
• Provide constant and effective supervision of work;
• Order and receive materials;
• Establish work schedules according to maintenance priorities;
• Perform diagnostics and checks as required.
• Ensure maximum system performance, proper operation, safety and comfort of occupants
• Actively participate in periodic meetings with customers, professionals and contracted auxiliary service firms regarding regular operations and ongoing projects;
• Inform customers of any situation that may affect building operations.

What we're looking for in new colleagues:

• 5 years & more experience in commercial building maintenance
• 3+ years' experience in technical personnel management
• DEC in building mechanics - Mandatory

• Training in one of the following specialties: Fixed machinery mechanic, Electrician, Tinsmith or Refrigeration technician;
• Ability to adapt to urgent situations or requests;
• Leadership ;
• A sense of customer service and a job well done.
