What you would be required to do:
- Analyze project documentation and validate its relevance with your supervisor
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams on complex estimates
- Check feasibility with suppliers and acquire the necessary resources
- Establish technical requirements and perform estimate calculations
- Prepare and submit estimates within the agreed deadlines
- Analyze quotes and take requirements into account (deadlines, contacts, guarantees, etc.)
- Identify subcontractors and validate costs and compliance
- Ensures the updating of files and the quality of the information transmitted to operations
- Manages anomalies and collaborates on necessary adjustments
- Provides technical support to sales and installers
- Performs any other task necessary for the proper functioning of the department
What would greatly help you in carrying out your tasks:
- Vocational training certificate or degree in a field of physical security or project management
- 3+ years' experience in the field of physical security
- Knowledge of commercial or industrial electricity
- Knowledge of security, access, camera and parking equipment (an asset)
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
