What will your role on our team be?

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the various components of the buildings
• Top up the various systems with a compatible product that meets the manufacturer's standards (coolant, oil, electrolyte, distilled water, glycol, etc.);
• Replace parts such as air filters, filters, belts, gaskets, fuses, indicator lights, light bulbs or tubes;
• Replacement of all interior lighting lamps, when located more than four (4) meters away, all those in mechanical rooms, as well as all lamps located outside the building, including street lamps if applicable;
• Lubrication, oil changes, appliance cleaning, etc.;
• Analyzing and introducing water treatment products for the various heating, humidification and cooling systems;
• Maintaining the following mechanical/electrical and pneumatic components: compressor unit
• Documenting maintenance work according to established procedures (filling in work orders in the CMMS system).
• Performing any other related tasks requested by their immediate superior or required by their duties

What we are looking for in our new colleague:

• Diploma of Vocational Education (D.V.E.) in electromechanics;
• 1 to 3 years' experience in the field;
• Skills in mechanics, electricity and electronics;
• Hold a valid driving license;
• Good physical condition;
• Good visual and hearing acuity;
• Good manual dexterity and skill;
• Methodical and analytical mind to analyze and quickly find a defect or any other problem;
• Sense of observation and initiative;
• Good ability to work in a team;
• Knowledge of the installation and maintenance of ventilation machinery or equipment;
• Good knowledge of English is necessary to understand the maintenance manuals for appliances and equipment.
