What will your role on our team involve?

• Carrying out maintenance and repairs on generators and associated electrical equipment;
• Determine the parts and tools required for any repair;
• Perform the diagnostics and tests necessary to identify the cause of mechanical and electrical complaints;
• Complete all necessary documents and reports;
• Respond to service calls during and after normal business hours;
• Prepare quotes (parts prices, lead time and estimated time).

What we are looking for in our new colleague:

• Hold a diploma of vocational studies (DEP) in electromechanics, diesel mechanics, heavy vehicle mechanics or any other relevant diploma (electricity);
• Hold a Quebec competency card in electricity (an asset);
• Have a sense of customer service and interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrate practicality and good judgment;
• Collaborate and work as part of a team;
• Show initiative and work independently;
• Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail;
• Have an analytical mind and ability to solve problems;
• Demonstrate concern for safety;
• Demonstrate communication skills.
