We are looking for a MMF 4 B for institutional buildings. The job involves analyzing the water circulating in a boiler or air conditioning system and performing mechanical maintenance on the equipment.

The buildings are mainly located in the Capitale-Nationale region.

What you would be doing:

• Adjusting, monitoring, and repairing equipment that supplies the building

• Perform preventive maintenance on the premises and fixed machinery equipment
• Be able to detect problems and suggest solutions

• Analyze and treat boiler water
• Monitor meters, gauges, and controls and make necessary repairs
• Maintain performance records and logbooks
• Maintain ventilation and refrigeration air filters

What would greatly help you perform your duties:

• DEP in fixed machinery mechanics -- 4 B
• 2@5 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of WHMIS requirements
• Independent – Resourceful – Diligent
• Conscientious – Reliable
