As part of the av-tech team in the commercial kitchen department, you will be responsible for everything related to parts: inventory management, placing orders, ensuring that everything arrives on time and that customers are well served.

They will also be responsible for tracking invoices and will play an active role in business development by maintaining good customer relations and identifying new opportunities.

The office is located in Quebec City in the Jean-Talon industrial park near Duberger.

What your role will look like on our team:

• Manage inventory and purchasing of commercial kitchen equipment parts
• Take orders, process customer requests, and provide after-sales service
• Coordinate shipping, billing, and accounts receivable tracking
• Support technicians with the parts they need for service calls
• Optimize warehouse organization and internal processes
• Contribute to business development through proactive customer service and prospecting

What we are looking for in our new colleague:

• AEC or DEC in transportation operations management or logistics or any related experience
• Relevant experience in parts management, after-sales service, or logistics (food service or commercial equipment industry an asset)
• Good knowledge of professional kitchen equipment
• Ability to work with a computerized inventory management system
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and ability to manage priorities
• Advanced English (English-speaking customers)
