What your role on our team will look like:
- Perform various written and verbal communications, draft memos, prepare reports, and structure tables based on the information provided;
- Attend certain meetings and draft minutes;
- Supervising the translation of texts from French to English and vice versa;
- Preparing visual presentations, reviewing and correcting texts;
- Managing and tracking credit card expenses;
- Organizing and coordinating management committees (preparing agendas, following up on topics, writing reports and minutes).
- Search for calls for tenders on various websites;
- Order the calls for tenders required for the company;
- Follow up on the management of preventive vehicle maintenance;
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the president.
What we are looking for in our new colleague:
- College diploma (DEC) in administration;
- 15 years of experience in activity management (planning, organization, and coordination);
- Experience in a company working in the construction field (will be considered an asset);
- Collaborative and committed spirit;
- Sense of priorities and organization;
- Rigorous and detail-oriented;
- Discretion and good judgment;
- Fluent in French and English (functional), both spoken and written (communication with the team in Ontario);
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn new software easily;
- Good communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
