Our story
1970
- av-tech was founded. The company specialized in designing and implementing technical maintenance programs for building equipment. It quickly expanded to become a major company in the field of building operation and technical maintenance in Quebec. Several companies joined av-tech, forming what is now the globatech group.
1985
- logic-contrôle was established. The new company focused on implementing unified security technologies and parking management systems.
- .ct tech was also created this year. It manufactures products for the Parknet suite, equipment used to manage parking facilities.
2012
- gesti-clean was launched to meet a specific need of aluminum plants that were clients of av-tech. The company handles all cleaning and janitorial tasks for industrial, commercial, and institutional enterprises.
2020
- Ottawa Security Systems joined the globatech group. The Ontario-based company provides design and installation services for security systems, as well as project management in this field.
- SiteSecure also joined the team the same year. A sister company to Ottawa Security Systems, it develops advanced security management software for a wide range of applications in the governmental, healthcare, industrial, and educational sectors.
