What your role will look like on our team:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various building components
- Maintain fluid levels in different systems using compatible products that meet manufacturer standards (refrigerant, oil, electrolyte, distilled water, glycol, etc.)
- Replace parts such as air filters, filters, belts, seals, fuses, indicator lamps, bulbs, or tubes
- Replace all indoor lighting lamps located over four (4) meters high, all those in mechanical rooms, as well as all lamps located outside the building, including streetlights if applicable
- Perform lubrication, oil changes, equipment cleaning, etc.
- Analyze and introduce water treatment products for various heating, humidification, and cooling systems
- Maintain mechanical/electrical and pneumatic elements such as compression units
- Document maintenance work according to established procedures (fill in work orders in the CMMS system)
- Perform any other related tasks requested by your immediate supervisor or required by your duties
What we are looking for in our new colleague:
- DEP in Electromechanics
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the field
- Skills in mechanics, electricity, and electronics
- Valid driver’s license
- Good physical condition
- Good visual and auditory acuity
- Strong manual dexterity and skill
- Methodical and analytical mindset to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
- Observational skills and initiative
- Strong ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of machinery or ventilation equipment installation and maintenance
- Good command of English is necessary to understand equipment maintenance manuals
