In collaboration with the various divisions, you will ensure the planning and smooth running of projects while supervising specialized teams in the field.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Be the technical reference for the operations team;
- Provide professional support during installation and commissioning;
- Manage several projects simultaneously, ranging from one week to several months;
- Work hand in hand with your colleagues to maintain a healthy, collaborative, and safe work environment.

What you would be doing in more detail:
- Plan the work received from each customer's documentation in order to fulfill the purchase orders obtained.
- Define the volume of work, schedule technician time and subcontractor availability, and estimate related expenses
- Provide expert advice on special jobs and/or specific situations
- Act as a point person for the team of installers and commissioning technicians
- Track equipment orders for site preparation
- Participate in billing for project progress and follow up on operations reports
- Participate in weekly meetings with management
- Proactively participate in the technical development of employees (continuing education)
- Ensure sound personnel management in collaboration with the contract manager and HR team as necessary
- Visit work sites to provide professional supervision to technicians and verify that work is being performed properly
What would greatly help you perform your duties:
- DEP or DEC in a field related to security systems
- 4+ years of experience in security and video surveillance
- Knowledge of access control systems is a considerable asset
- Good knowledge of project management software
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Leadership
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Intermediate French and English
- Valid license issued by the Bureau de la sécurité privée (BSP)
- Valid driver's license ASP construction card (an asset)
