What your role will look like within our team:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various building components
- Top up fluids in various systems with a compatible product that meets manufacturer standards (refrigerant, oil, electrolyte, distilled water, glycol, etc.);
- Replacing parts such as air filters, filters, belts, gaskets, fuses, indicator lights, bulbs, or tubes
- Replacing all interior lighting fixtures located more than four (4) meters away, all fixtures in mechanical rooms, and all fixtures located outside the building, including streetlights, if applicable
- Lubrication, oil changes, cleaning of equipment, etc.;
- Analysis and introduction of water treatment products for various heating, humidification, and cooling systems;
- Maintenance of the following mechanical/electrical and pneumatic components: compression unit
- Document maintenance work according to established procedures (fill out work orders in the CMMS system).
- Perform any other related tasks requested by your immediate supervisor or required by your duties.
What we are looking for in our new colleague:
- DEP in electromechanics;
- 3 to 7 years of experience in the field;
- Skills in mechanics, electricity, and electronics;
- Class C driver's license (an asset)
- Valid driver's license
- Good physical condition
- Good visual and hearing acuity
- Good manual dexterity and manual skills
- Methodical and analytical mind to quickly analyze and find defects or other problems
- Good observation skills and initiative
- Good ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of the installation and maintenance of ventilation machinery or equipment;
- Good knowledge of English is necessary to fully understand the maintenance manuals for the devices and equipment.
