As part of our growing business, we are currently looking for a business development manager to increase visibility and ensure the growth of the division within the Globatech group. You will be directly involved in sales activities in the solutions sector for the parking industry.

The office is located in Quebec City in the Jean-Talon industrial park near Sainte-Foy.

What your role will look like within our team:

• Promote solutions and technologies to the company's sales force.

• Manage the entire sales cycle (customer demonstrations, sales strategy development, contract negotiation).

• Represent the company to potential and existing customers.

• Identify business opportunities.

• Develop customized solutions in collaboration with the engineering team.

• Participate in calls for tenders and prepare bids.

• Monitor project progress with internal teams and customers.

• Monitor product and market trends.

We are looking for a colleague who:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position

• Experience in the municipal, commercial, and industrial sectors

• Strong knowledge of the parking industry would be an asset

• Knowledge of property management

• Solid experience in the bidding process

• Bilingualism required, English and French (Ontario division and beyond)

• Interest in technology.
