What your role will look like within our team:

• Supervise and mentor the employees under your responsibility;
• Exercise constant and effective supervision of the work;
• Place orders and receive equipment;
• Establish work schedules based on maintenance priorities;
• Perform required diagnostics and checks
• Ensure maximum system performance, proper operation, safety, and comfort for occupants
• Actively participate in regular meetings with clients, professionals, and contracted service providers regarding regular operations and ongoing projects;
• Inform customers of any situation that could adversely affect building operations.

What we are looking for in our new colleagues:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance
• 3+ years of experience in technical personnel management
• DEC in building mechanics – Required

• Training in one of the following specialties: Fixed machinery mechanic, Electrician, Tinsmith, or Refrigeration technician
• Ability to adapt to urgent situations or requests
• Leadership
• Customer service and work ethic
