As part of our growing business, we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to increase visibility and ensure the growth of the division within the Globatech group. He or she will be directly involved in sales activities in the solutions sector for the parking industry.

The office is located in Quebec City in the Jean-Talon industrial park near Sainte-Foy.

What your role will look like within our team:

• Promote solutions and technologies to the company's sales force.
• Manage the entire sales cycle (customer demonstrations, sales strategy development, contract negotiation).
• Represent the company to potential and existing customers.
• Identify business opportunities.
• Develop customized solutions in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Participate in calls for tenders and prepare bids.
• Monitor project progress with internal teams and customers.
• Monitor technological developments in products and market trends.
• Write technical and promotional documents.

We are looking for a colleague who has:

• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in a similar technology sector
• Strong knowledge of the parking industry would be an asset
• Technical knowledge of SAAS/cloud computing systems
• Knowledge of property management
• Solid experience in tendering processes
• Bilingualism required, English and French, spoken and written
• Interest in technology monitoring.
