We are looking for a fleet maintenance supervisor.

Under the supervision of the Fleet Manager at our head office in Quebec City, he/she will be responsible for the assignment and follow-up of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. He/she will also be responsible for administrative follow-up of fleet management.

Our office is located in the Jean-Talon industrial park near Sainte-Foy.

What will your role in our team be like?

• Perform various tasks related to vehicle preventive maintenance.
• Carry out various repairs upon manager's approval.
• Fit out and letter new vehicles.
• Carry out various administrative tasks related to fleet management, such as issuing purchase orders, receiving supplier invoices, etc.
• Monitor fuel consumption and preventive maintenance/repairs.
• Replace the fleet manager during absences.
• Various clerical tasks related to the position.

What we are looking for in our new colleague :

• College or university degree in administration, engineering or other technical field, or a combination of comparable experience and education.
• Customer service skills: anticipate and proactively respond to customer needs and requirements.
• Excellent negotiation skills with various stakeholders (suppliers, internal customers, other process participants).
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance.
• Ability to deal with different levels of management and strong influencing skills.
• Experience of analysis using Excel and other tools.
• Time management, prioritization and independent problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to communicate positively and constructively.
• Self-reliance, resourcefulness, diligence, attention to detail and reliability.
