What your role will look like within our team:

• Carry out the payroll process;
• Respond to all requests from the relevant authorities;
• Prepare source deductions and other remittances;
• Collaborate on year-end processes (slip 1, T4, summary, CNESST, and accounting audit);
• Follow up and verify employee payroll records and make changes as needed;
• Answer questions about payroll;

What we are looking for in our new colleague:

• College diploma (DEC) in accounting;
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Any combination of relevant training and experience will be considered;
• Good knowledge of Office software, specifically Word and Excel;
• Administrative rigor, attention to detail, and organizational skills
