Our av-tech division is currently seeking a REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN for a daytime position in the Bas-St-Laurent region.

Under the supervision of the manager, the successful candidate will respond to service calls from various company clients related to the maintenance or repair of various systems (air conditioning, ventilation, control systems, etc.).

The majority of service calls will take place in the Rivière-du-Loup areas in the institutional and commercial sectors.

More specifically, you will need to:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or other specifications.
• Monitor the operation of refrigeration installations.
• Carry out general preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance mechanical work.
• Modify air conditioning systems using various techniques (cutting, welding, and brazing).
• Check the operation of circuits and control devices.
• Interpret technical plans and drawings.
• Troubleshoot numerical control issues.

• Holds a DEP in refrigeration.
• Has a COMPANION card.
• Is in very good physical condition.
• Can work at heights.
• Is independent and resourceful.
