Are you known for your versatility, ingenuity and resourcefulness? Then look no further! We're currently looking for a Service Technician to join our road team covering the greater Montreal area, for a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position with on-call duty!

Work schedule: Daytime, Monday to Friday, with on-call duty on paid rotation 24/7.

The Service Technician will be responsible for answering service calls to resolve various problems related to the start-up of computer software and automation problems on existing equipment, as well as performing the maintenance required to keep electronic equipment in good working order, mainly related to the physical security of the building.

In more detail, here's what your days might look like :

• Set up and/or update network architecture and install and configure applications;
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment (IT, physical security and parking barriers, access control equipment, surveillance cameras, automatic pay stations, etc.);
• Maintain your truck's inventory;
• Maintain electronic and mechanical equipment;
• Diagnose breakdowns and operating problems and carry out the necessary repairs;
• Ensure quality customer service;
• Any other related task deemed necessary for the job.

What we're looking for in our new colleague :

• Possess a DEC in electromechanics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or recognized equivalent;
• 2 years' experience in similar tasks in general preventive and corrective maintenance in the field is considered an asset;
• Customer service oriented;
• Be a team player and enjoy working with the public;
• Have no legal impediments related to the job (mandatory);
• Resourceful and versatile;
• Enjoy being on the road.
