What will your role be as part of our team?

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various building components

- Replenish fluids in the various systems with a compatible product that meets the manufacturer's standards (refrigerant, oil, electrolyte, distilled water, glycol, etc.);

- Replacement of parts such as air filters, filters, belts, gaskets, fuses, pilot lights, bulbs or tubes;

- Replacement of all interior lighting lamps, when located more than four (4) meters away, of all lamps in mechanical rooms, and of all lamps located outside the building, including those on street lamps where applicable;

- Lubrication, oil changes, equipment cleaning, etc;

- Analysis and introduction of water treatment products for the various heating, humidification and cooling systems;

- Maintenance of the following mechanical/electrical and pneumatic components: compressor unit.

- Document maintenance work according to established procedures (fill in work orders in the CMMS system).

- Perform any other related tasks requested by immediate supervisor or required by duties.

What we're looking for in our new colleague :

• DEP in electromechanics;
• 1 to 3 years' experience in the field;
• Mechanical, electrical and electronic skills;
• Valid driver's license;
• Good physical condition;
• Good visual and hearing acuity;
• Good manual skills and dexterity;
• Methodical and analytical mind to analyze and quickly find a defect or any other problem;
• Sense of observation and initiative;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Knowledge of the installation and maintenance of ventilation machinery and equipment;
• A good knowledge of English is necessary to fully understand the maintenance manuals for the equipment.

• Replace or refurbish components;
• Solder and braze electrical connections;
• Repair or replace faulty wiring or components;
• Test repaired electrical devices to ensure performance;
• Perform machining work to refurbish or modify parts;
• Perform on-site maintenance and repairs.
