What will your role be within our team?
- Under the supervision of the Contract Manager, the person we're looking for will provide laborer service and perform a variety of general building maintenance tasks and assist skilled trades crews.
- Repair and maintain parking lot bungalows;
- Repair parking lot gate arms;
- Carry out minor repairs to gravel and cold asphalt parking lots;
- Install new signs, posts in the ground, on brick or concrete walls or on cement base;
- Install parking meters, shelters and barriers as required;
- Clean, paint and destroy bees' nests in parking booths;
- Remove bird's nests and graffiti in parking lots;
- Straighten existing signs;
- Cut back branches, foliage and other objects that obstruct the reading of signs;
- Maintain, dispose of or build new bungalows;
- Pick up large scraps;
- Empty waste drains;
- Install protective fences and markers;
- Install chains to delimit parking areas;
- Install height gauges in indoor parking lots;
- Install speed bumps and remove them when required;
- Move equipment and deliver materials;
- Carry out minor alignment modifications;
- Perform maintenance, repair and replacement work;
- All other related tasks.
What we're looking for in new colleagues :
- DEP in general building maintenance or recognized equivalent (asset);
- Training or competency card in a construction trade (asset);
- At least five (5) years' experience in relevant fields (an asset);
- Autonomy, dexterity, precision and attention to detail;

You'll be joining our roadside team covering the Greater Montreal area for a full-time, daytime position, Monday to Friday, with a paid on-call rotation 24/7.
The Service Technician will be responsible for responding to service calls to resolve various problems related to the start-up of computer software and automation problems of existing equipment, in addition to performing maintenance necessary to maintain the proper functioning of electronic equipment, primarily related to the physical security of the building.
