We are looking for an administrative assistant to the fleet manager.
Under the supervision of the fleet manager at the head office in Quebec City, you will be responsible for assigning and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance for vehicles. You will also be responsible for administrative follow-up related to fleet management.

What your role will look like within our team:
- Monitor preventive maintenance, repairs, and mechanical inspections
- Update and maintain the fleet database
- Track schedules for license renewals, license plates, and mandatory inspections
- Process internal vehicle requests (requests, assignments, returns)
- Coordinate with external suppliers for repairs, rentals, and purchases
- Produce monthly reports and performance indicators (operating costs, mileage, etc.)
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of fleet management processes
- Provide general administrative support to the team (document drafting, filing, email management)
What we are looking for in our new colleague:
- College or university degree in administration, engineering, or another technical field, or a combination of comparable experience and education. Vocational diploma, college diploma, or other relevant training in administration, office automation, or logistics
- Relevant experience in an administrative position, ideally related to fleet or vehicle management
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, fleet management software an asset)
- Rigorous, organized, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple files at once
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (registration, inspection, etc.) an asset
