Working for av-tech, the incumbent, under the supervision of the project manager, will repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Working hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

What will your role be within our team?

• Perform mechanical maintenance on various ventilation systems;
• Keep mechanical equipment clean;
• Perform maintenance, adjustment and repair tasks on electrical systems;
• Operate and maintain building mechanical and electrical equipment for ventilation, air conditioning and heating;
• Program, calibrate and troubleshoot measuring instruments and control devices for temperature, pressure, flow, etc. on heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems;
• Answer customer service calls and diagnose problems;
• Modify programming on certain HVAC systems;
• Perform any other related tasks requested by the Project Manager.

What we're looking for in our new colleague :

• DEP in electromechanics;
• Experience in electromechanical preventive and corrective maintenance in industrial or commercial buildings equipped with modern technology systems;
• Valid class 5 driver's license;
• No criminal record;
• Diligence;
• Resourcefulness;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Safe behaviour;
• Organizational skills.
