Are you discreet,meticulous and looking for a job? Look no further! globatech is currently looking for an Executive Assistant for our mechanical engineering teams. The office is located in Quebec City in the Colbert industrial park near Sainte-Foy.

What will your role be as part of our team?

  • Search for tender notices on various sites;
  • Order the tender notices required for the company;
  • Open a file for each tender, enter the information into the computer system and follow up with the project manager;
  • Carry out various written and verbal communications, draft memos, prepare reports and structure tables according to information provided;
  • Prepare visual presentations, revise and correct texts;
  • Supervise the translation of texts from French to English and vice-versa;
  • Respond, in the absence of the President and General Manager, to calls and requests for information;
  • Greet visitors and update information on business contacts;
  • Coordinate diaries, appointments, restaurant reservations, seminar and conference registrations, etc;
  • Plan business trips, make reservations and follow up with travel agencies;
  • Attend meetings and draft minutes;
  • Manage and track credit card expenses;
  • Manage the group's clothing account;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the President and General Manager.


What we're looking for in our new colleague :

  • College diploma (DEC) in administration;
  • 5 to 7 years' experience in activity management (planning, organization and coordination);
  • Experience in a construction company (will be considered an asset);
  • A spirit of collaboration and commitment;
  • Sense of priorities and organization;
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail;
  • Discretion and judgment;
  • Perfect command of French and English (functional), both oral and written;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn new software;
  • Good communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
