Janitorial Supervisor

Supervision (16h): Saturday and Sunday from 6h00 to 14h30.

Industrial Janitor (24h): 3 days a week, from 6:00 to 14:30.

Under the direction of the Contract Manager, the incumbent performs tasks related to the supervision of one or more teams.

What will your role be within our team?

  • Act as a coach, coordinating and supervising the employees under your responsibility;
  • Participate in problem-solving related to daily work and recommend measures to increase productivity and performance;
  • Ensure implementation of the contract manager's instructions;
  • Conduct end-of-probation evaluations;
  • Conduct annual performance appraisals;
  • Maintain a harmonious relationship with the customer and the work team;
  • Be on the lookout for development opportunities for the company;
  • Approve the punches of employees under his/her responsibility;
  • Ensure compliance with contract clauses;
  • Know and apply contract specifications;
  • Ensure that the schedules of employees under his/her responsibility are compliant;
  • Ensure the PBO of vehicles under their responsibility;
  • Be alert and advise senior supervisors of any breakdowns or non-conformities on vehicles in their sector;
  • Participate in hiring interviews in collaboration with HR;
  • Participate in weekly and monthly meetings (HSE, Operations, N2, etc.);
  • Participate in operations meetings with customers (logbook);
  • All other related tasks.
