What your role will look like within our team:

Under the supervision of the Accounting Analyst, the Junior Accounting Analyst is responsible for correcting, interpreting and analyzing performance data against budgets and other defined objectives. The new team member will need to master the internal management control software and participate in its development. He or she will carry out specific mandates related to general accounting.

• Maintain and develop management software;
• Support and train users on the efficient use of management software;
• Identify trends and deviations in operating results;
• Analyze the structure and allocation of costs, particularly project costs;
• Carry out the budgeting process;
• Respond to various requests for cost accounting;
• Monitor the operational and financial performance of the Ontario divisions;
• Identify opportunities for improvement and synergy;
• Carry out various special assignments in the field of general accounting.

What we are looking for in our new colleague:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or any other relevant field;
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience;
• Experience working in a project management environment;
• Excellent command of Excel software;
• Good oral and written communication skills in French and English (essential);
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
• Autonomy;
• Method and rigor;
• Ability to collaborate in a team;
• Ability to develop and assume a consulting role;
• Be attentive to the needs of our clients;
• Stress resistance and ability to manage priorities well.
