Under the supervision of the service manager, the av-tech division position holder performs maintenance and repairs on various plumbing and building mechanical systems.

What your role on our team will be like:

• Carry out various tasks related to checking, repairing, maintaining and cleaning plumbing, heating, piping, burners, automatic sprinklers, refrigeration and air-conditioning systems;
• Maintain and repair water, steam, gas, fuel and chemical piping systems used for heating, cooling, lubrication and other industrial processes;
• Clean and maintain pipes, fittings and drainage systems;
• Join pipes using fittings, clamps, screws, bolts, gluing, brazing or welding equipment;
• Diagnose system problems;
• Any other task related to the job.

What we're looking for in our new colleague :

• DEP in plumbing and heating;
• Commission de la Construction du Québec (CCQ) competency card (mandatory);
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a maintenance plumber in public buildings, including a good general knowledge of building mechanics (an asset);
• Valid and valid driver's license;
• No legal impediments related to the job.
