We're currently looking for a new colleague to join our Access and Parking division as a Service Technician. You'll be joining our roadside team covering the Greater Montreal area for a full-time, daytime position, Monday to Friday, with a paid on-call rotation 24/7.

The Service Technician will be responsible for responding to service calls to resolve various problems related to the start-up of computer software and automation problems of existing equipment, in addition to performing maintenance necessary to maintain the proper functioning of electronic equipment, primarily related to the physical security of the building.

What your role in our team will be like:

• Set up and/or update network architecture and install and configure applications;
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment (IT, physical security and parking barriers, access control equipment, surveillance cameras, automated pay stations, etc.);
• Maintain vehicle inventory;
• Maintain electronic and mechanical equipment;
• Diagnose breakdowns and operational problems and make the necessary repairs;
• Provide quality customer service;
• Any other related tasks deemed necessary for the job.

What we're looking for in our new colleague:

• DEC in Electromechanics, Telecommunications, Electronics or recognized equivalent;
• 2 years of similar experience in general preventive and corrective field maintenance is considered an asset;
• Customer service oriented;
• Must be a team player and enjoy working with the public;
• Must have no legal impediments related to the job (mandatory);
• Resourceful and versatile;
• Enjoy being on the road.
