The project involved the installation of a new unified security system for the new Baie-Saint-Paul hospital. It involved the installation of some 300 door access controls, a hundred surveillance cameras and security intercoms in the various wings of the hospital.

As one of the last contractors on site, we had to closely monitor progress with the other contractors. The project therefore proved complex, as we had to coordinate with numerous other contractors to meet the deadlines for the various phases of the worksite.
